Join Katy Bowman for an exploration of what alignment is, as well as how to apply these same principles both on, and especially off, the mat. Katy wants you to leave feeling stronger and more capable of getting more movement in your life. In this program, she combines mostly indoor mat work with a little outdoor movement time. You will expand your understanding of alignment and natural movement, increasing the complexity and effectiveness of your mat work. With this knowledge, mat-based movement teachers can begin to offer more diversity in their classes, including elements of natural movement, even in a mat-based context.
